Aria Minneapolis Wedding Photography: Dramatic and Vibrant
It was just about a month ago that Logan and Jordan exchanged vows and partied it up with a killer wedding at Aria at the Jeune Lune in Minneaplis. I photographed this wedding as a second shooter alongside Michelle Huber Photography, and it was amazing. It was my first time working at Aria, and it was an absolutely inspiring place for a wedding. Aria has a super unique (and super Minneapolis) history: it was one of the central buildings in Minneapolis' original warehouse district, and was the home of Theater de la Jeune Lune until recently, when it was converted into an epic, artsy event space.
There's still super-cool elements from Aria's days as a performance space: Logan and her bridesmaids got ready in the theatrical dressing rooms, and their emotional tear-jerker of a ceremony took place in Aria's main room of epic-ness, complete with warehouse-esque architectural details. After the ceremony, we dashed outside with the couple to capture some romantic portraits in the streets of Minneapolis, and there was this perfect light rain mist that gave everything outside a romantic, dramatic vibe. Jordan and Logan, congratulations on a stunning, vibrant wedding at Aria!
